Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, which grew revenue from tenants last quarter, has acquired a new building in Virginia to generate even more.
The Rockville-based real estate holding company said Friday it had completed the acquisition, first announced in April 2008, of Lansdowne Medical Office Building for $19.9 million.

HAGERSTOWN — The Hagerstown Housing Authority plans to build 60 apartments for senior citizens at 55 W. Baltimore St., the site of the former H.L. Mills service station.
