Healthcare: Crozer-Keystone Sells Medical Portfolio for $38M, Leases Back
Capital Solutions Acquires 256,000-SF Investment in Springfield, PA
Capital Solutions has acquired three medical facilities in Springfield, PA, from Crozer-Keystone Health System for $38 million, or about $150 per square foot.
The sale included the 40,000-square-foot medical office building at 100 W. Sproul Road, the 176,000-square-foot hospital at 190 W. Sproul and the adjoining 40,000-square medical office building. Crozer-Keystone Health System will lease back all three medical facilities for 20 years.
A Margolis Realty Co served as the only real estate broker in the transaction.
