Healthcare: Carle putting three clinic properties up for sale

URBANA – Carle Foundation Hospital is trying to sell three of the properties it leases to Carle Clinic, to comply with an agreement it made last year with the Internal Revenue Service.

Data Center: ServInt opens data center in Los Angeles

ServInt is expanding its managed web hosting services to the West Coast.

Healthcare Trust of America Inc. has reached a deal to buy the Smyth Professional Building for $11.2 million.
The 62,000-square-foot building is nearly fully leased to tenants including Good Samaritan Hospital and Johns Hopkins University.
