Senior Housing: Provision to open $19M assisted living community in Webster Groves

Provision Living of St. Louis plans to open a $19 million assisted living community in Webster Groves.
The 80,000-square-foot development, which will be located in downtown Webster Groves at 45 East Lockwood, will have 80 units and employ 50 workers.
Groundbreaking is projected for fall 2010, with resident occupancy in fall 2011.
ARCO and Bauer & Associates Architects are the builders and designers.
Provision Living, led by President and co-founder Todd Spittal, said the new project is part of the company’s ongoing expansion in the St. Louis area.
Provision recently opened a 79-unit assisted living facility in Godfrey, Ill., and completed reconstruction on a 108-unit community in St. Louis Hills.
The company has operations in five states, representing 14 facilities, 900 units and 425 employees.
