Student Housing: Treesdale Real Estate Partners turns to nationwide student housing

New York, NY, September 23, 2010

Treesdale Partners, LLC today announced the formation of its real estate arm, Treesdale Real Estate Partners, LLC under the leadership of Oliver Swan and Richard Steinberg. The new venture will specialize in the acquisition of student housing assets near college campuses nationwide.

Yung Lim, Managing Member of Treesdale Partners remarked, “I’ve known Rich since we worked together for many years in Merrill Lynch’s mortgage backed securities department.
