Healthcare: Planning commission approves new Guthrie office building

TOWANDA — The Bradford County Planning Commission Tuesday gave conditional preliminary approval to a land development plan submitted by Guthrie Healthcare System for the construction of a new 7,910 square foot, one-story endocrinology medical office building.

Bradford County Planning Director Ray Stolinas said the approval was given by the planning commission with two conditions — that an earth and sedimentation plan from the Bradford County Conservation District is submitted to the county planning commission along with letters from Aqua Pennsylvania Inc. and the Valley Joint Sewer Authority concerning the water and sewer aspects of the plan.

The new facility will be constructed on property that the organization owns on West Lockhart Street.
