Healthcare: Spectrum Health gets OK to move forward with new medical office project in Holland

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP — Spectrum Health has received approval from the Township Board for the rezoning of 2 acres of property at 644 E. Lakewood Blvd. from industrial to commercial for construction of a new 57,000-square-foot medical office.
The land is part of a 7-acre site Spectrum will be using for the new medical office intended to bring together existing Holland-area physician offices operated under Spectrum Health Medical Group.
Spectrum facilities Vice President Jonathan Flyte said construction would be started in July with completion expected in April 2012.
