Healthcare: Medical group signs lease for 10K of space in Arlington

A group of urological surgeons — Urology Associates of North Texas — has signed a lease for 10,338 square feet of space at USMD Medical Office Building in Arlington.
The three-story, 85,065-square-foot building is at 811 West Interstate 20. Other building tenants include US Dermatology Medical Group and Ophthalmology Consultants.
Gary Walker and Renee Efimoff with Arlington-based SCM Real Estate Services Inc.bizWatch represented the landlord in the transaction, according to a company press release.
The financial details of the transaction were not immediately available.
Urology Associates of North Texas has 50 physicians and 20 locations in the Dallas-Fort Area, according to the group’s website.
