Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has been chosen to develop a $154-million outpatient cancer treatment center in Dallas.
Duke and Northwestern Mutual will own the 460,000-square-foot, 10-story project at Baylor University Medical Center. The facility will include clinical and physician space, oncology-research facilities, conference areas and 250 underground parking spaces.
